We recently posted a sign in our front yard “For Sale By Owner” and Scott came by and left his business and marketing card at our front door. After two weeks of advertising on our own in local publications with no results we called Scott for an interview.
His presentation and marketing plan were extremely impressive and his personal approach to selling our home was most impressive! We agreed on a selling price and signed a listing agreement. Knowing the real estate market was slow we were prepared for somewhat of a waiting period. The first 10 days we had five showings and two buyers coming through the second time.
Scott was always keeping in touch on feedback and reaction to the previews of our home. On the 12th day we had an offer and it was below our asking price and Scott NEVER let up on the necessary negotiations and brought us an acceptable contract within 24 hours.
Without hesitation we recommend Scott for selling your property and we have already recommended his services to several friends and neighbors.

We listed our house with Realty Agent Professionals Team on January 24, 2007. We had already had my house on the market from July, 2006 to December, 2006 with a different agent. While I had a few showings, I did not feel that I was getting the attention or help that I needed from the agent. He posted two ads in the Sunday Paper. I asked him to call me with feedback, but I only received one feedback call from him.
I was a little leery to list with another agent. After talking to Scott McClain, I was confident that I would get the marketing I was looking for and that I needed in today's market. Scot went above and beyond what I had expected. He posted my house on several websites. He opened a web page just for my house with impressive pictures. He called me back with feedback for all the showings I had. I had people calling to see my house almost every other day, and got an offer by March 7, 2007.
While other people have told me that it has been very hard getting offers on their listings, I feel that with the help of God and the marketing expertise that Scott displayed was the reason I was able to get my house under contract so fast. I would, and have recommended Scott to everyone that is interested in buying or selling their house.

We are more than satisfied with the marketing done by your team, although no showings as to date, we know that people are looking at the sites that you advertise on, and the market is slow, but hopefully pick up soon. After seeing many websites on homes - there is nothing compared to what I've seen with Scott McClains' - reviewing the homes on his website is very unique - totally an awesome job.. Scott - I wish that other realtors could see your website -- its nice to see the entire picture of the interior and exterior of the homes. I am from upstate New York and looking into purchasing a home in Florida as my primary residence.. This is the best website -- keep up the good job...!!

"I honestly cannot say enough good things about Scott McClain. From his professional and VERY helpful website to his honest, personal service (thanks for the chicken ;-), he is definitely unmatched in this industry.
Past experiences with friends were that the agents wanted to show the homes where they made the best commission and/or benefits from. Although Scott did make recommendations on homes he felt were suitable for me, he also showed every one that I wanted to see without regards to the amount of commission the seller was offering to him.
Scott had made homebuying as painless, smooth, and enjoyable as possible. He comes VERY highly recommended from me!"
